The centrifuge is how you extract resources from productive bee combs. After you have had a bee produce a colorful comb, simply pop that bad boy in the centrifuge and allow it a little while to produce the associated resource. It will also make a bit of honey, the amount dependent on the comb, for each comb that goes through it. This honey comes in very useful later, so it is recommended that you don't pick up your centrifuge until you have extracted all of the honey from it via buckets, bottles, or pipes if they exist in your modpack.
