While out in the world, it is likely you will happen upon a nest somewhere. They look like regular vanilla blocks with faint holes on one side of the block. They can also be made by combining a block with a wooden sword in a crafting menu. These are like vanilla hives, providing a spawn point for a limited number of bees, typically classified as wild bees or solitary bees [LINK TO BEE PAGE TO GIVE DEFINITIONS (solitary bees will not return to the hive they spawned from, as they become nomadic as soon as they see the outside world, wild produce resources (ie slime bees, glowing bees,etc))].
Nests whose bees have been taken are useless unless baited with honey treats [LINK TO ITEMS] which can "lure" bees of the type originally spawning in the nest back to it. In layman's terms, it allows you to respawn the bee the nest produced originally given you have enough honey treats available.
